Stacy JJ Kuiack

BA, MBA, ICD.D - Partner

Stacy is a senior real estate executive working with high-profile family offices, major public institutions and private developers. His specific focus is on real estate development strategy, finance and governance, emphasizing Owner's Representative services. During his career, Stacy has been an investor, advisor, and principal on real estate projects with an aggregate value north of $3.5 billion and will be responsible for the strategy and execution of Silver Rock projects. Recently, Stacy has served as an Advisor and Executive in Residence at the University of Victoria Gustavson School of Business, Strategic Advisor to the Dean at SFU Beedie, as a board member for The College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC, the Vancouver Foundation and the Law Society of British Columbia.

Tim Quocksister

Partner

Born and raised in Victoria, Tim is an entrepreneur with a proven track record of success; he is the founder and owner of Silver Arrow Cars, a Victoria based exotic and collector car sales and restoration business with a global footprint. In addition to running a successful car business, Tim is an active investor in the Victoria real estate market having personally participated in several real estate projects totaling 200 residential units, 55,000 SF of commercial space, and a 150-lot subdivision project. Tim's local market knowledge, investor perspective, and vast global network of successful individuals he considers as friends and customers will drive value for Silver Rock investors. Tim is also an advisory board member of Power to Be, a non-profit organization that helps people living with disability or barrier access nature.

Our logo is not just a symbol; it's a testament to community and creativity. We turned to the students at the University of Victoria to crowdsource our logo, and the results were extraordinary.

Instead of relying on a single designer, we decided to tap into the collective brilliance of these students. It was a mini-competition brimming with youthful enthusiasm. Each submission told a story, a narrative of our shared values, aspirations, and vision. It was heartwarming to witness how this process unfolded, as we all rallied behind the common goal of finding that one perfect design.

The result is a simple yet striking wordmark, accompanied by a unique logo. To us, the winning design isn't just a logo; it is a symbol of our collective spirit.
